I’m Yitong Ma, an intern at Institute for Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence and Technology, starting in July 2024. My project at INSAIT aims to optimise UMAP by improving its speed, reducing memory usage, and exploring incremental update methods for efficiency compared to reloading from scratch.
