
INSAIT Welcomes the 2025 Summer Research Fellows: 10 Selected from Over 4,000 Applicants Worldwide

We are thrilled to announce the 2025 cohort of the INSAIT Summer Research Fellowship – a group of 10 outstanding undergraduate students selected from a record-breaking pool of over 4,000 applicants representing more than 150 countries across five continents.
The selected fellows are students at world-leading institutions such as MIT, Stanford, Carnegie Mellon University, and others. Their academic excellence, research experience, and passion for innovation distinguish them as some of the most promising young minds in the field of computer science and artificial intelligence.
This year marks the third edition of the highly competitive program, which continues to gain momentum and global recognition. The fellowship offers a unique opportunity for undergraduates to spend 2–3 months in Sofia, Bulgaria, working on cutting-edge research at INSAIT. The projects span diverse domains such as safe and secure AI, foundational models, computer vision, robotics, and more – under the mentorship of world-renowned researchers.
