INSAIT made a strong impression at the International Conference on Computer Vision (ICCV) 2025, one of the world’s most prestigious events in artificial intelligence and computer vision. This year’s edition gathered nearly 7,000 participants from academia, industry, and research institutions across the globe.
With 14 accepted research papers, Bulgaria – represented by INSAIT – stood out among leading nations in the field. INSAIT’s booth, located alongside those of Google, Meta, and Sony, attracted significant attention and became one of the most dynamic meeting points at the conference. Hundreds of researchers, technology leaders, and students visited to learn more about INSAIT’s mission, research activities, and Bulgaria’s growing role in deep tech innovation.
Visitors had the opportunity to explore INSAIT’s latest advancements in robotics, embodied AI, and next-generation foundation models, witnessing firsthand how the institute is contributing to global AI research and pushing the boundaries of what is possible in computer vision and intelligent systems.
By participating in ICCV 2025, INSAIT reaffirmed Bulgaria’s position on the global scientific map, demonstrating that world-class innovation and fundamental AI research can thrive in Sofia.
